At LuxReserves, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and refund policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any items you wish to exchange or receive a refund. Please ensure that items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at our Returns Portal Page within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address and shipping guidelines. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

Please note that items purchased on sale, special order items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements, including items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is accepted, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is faulty.
