Payment for all orders is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Prices listed on the website are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT for customers in the UK and the EU. For orders outside the UK, customs fees may apply.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to provide fast and reliable delivery to all our customers. For UK orders over £200, we offer free standard shipping. Orders under £200 will incur a flat delivery fee of £5.99. UK deliveries typically take 10 business days to arrive. For our EU customers, we offer free shipping on orders over £600. For orders under this threshold, a delivery fee of £14.99 applies. Shipping to EU countries takes between 10 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and any customs processing delays.

3. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your goods. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that sale items, special orders, and gift cards are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty or damaged. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items are inspected and approved. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
